2 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
2 tbsp. worchestershire
1 cup tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 pinch cayenne pepper
¼ cup ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 pkgs. country style ribs
Combine all ingredients in pan with no water; bake at 450°F for 30 minutes. Pour out fat and continue baking at 350 degrees for 1-½ hours with sauce, basting frequently.
