Parmesan-Blue Cheese Toasts

1 cup mayo
2 large garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. ground black pepper
⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 ½ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
¾ cup crumbled blue cheese olive oil, for drizzling
¼ cup chopped green onions
28 slices of sourdough baguettes (2 loaves)

Combine mayo, garlic, and both peppers in a medium bowl and whisk to blend. Mix in cheese; season with salt.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle each bread slice with oil and place on a baking sheet (oiled side down). Bake bread until almost golden, about 5 minutes.
Spread 1 generous tbsp. of cheese mixture onto each bread slice and bake until cheese topping starts to bubble and toasts are golden brown on the edges, about 10 minutes.

Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with chopped green onions; serve warm
