Ma's Cornbread

Ingredients:

3 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Muffin Mix

4 eggs beaten

1 large container sour cream (2 cups)

1 can creamed corn (12 oz)

1 cube butter

Directions:

Grease 9x13in baking dish with Pam or butter.

Mix together Jiffy mix, 4 beaten eggs, sour cream and can of creamed corn. Pour into greased baking dish and pour in rivers the melted butter over the top.

Bake at 350 for 25-35min or until golden brown.

Turn off oven early if you like moist cornbread. Be careful not to overcook.
