The BEST Italian Vinaigrette EVER!!!!

¼ cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
⅛ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. tamari

Combine ingredients and pour over spinach salad.
