Bread Bowl

1 round sourdough bread
12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 8-oz. package shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup real mayo
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
* you can substitute 3 tablespoons of garlic and onion seasoning for the real onion and garlic.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut top off sourdough round. Remove center, leaving a 1-inch thick shell. Cut removed bread into bite-sized pieces; set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon into bread shell; wrap in foil and place on baking sheet.

Bake 30 minutes or until filling is heated through.

Serve with remaining bread pieces and assorted crackers.
