Chili-Lime Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. chili powder
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp. lime juice

Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sprinkle chicken with chili powder and season with salt and pepper. Add chicken to preheated pan; drizzle with lime juice. Cook in skillet for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

Yields: 4 servings

Time to make: 20 min .

*Bleu Cheese dressing is an awesome dip for this chicken!
