Balsamic Glazed Chicken

FINALLY!!! I found a quick, easy balsamic recipe to satisfy my pregnancy craving...


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips, if desired)
salt and pepper, to taste
2 sprigs fresh thyme
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp. honey
olive oil


Preheat oil in grill pan over medium-high heat.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; sprinkle with thyme. Add chicken to grill pan. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Add balsamic and honey to grill pan and stir to combine, making sure to coat each piece of chicken. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until sauce begins to thicken.
