Cinnamon Chocolate Fondue


1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
12 oz. quality 75% dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1/2 tsp. cinnamon


In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, add the cream and vanilla extract. Bring to a gentle boil then reduce to a simmer.

Add the chocolate, remove from head and stir until melted completely. Sprinkle in the cinnamon, stir well, and pour into a warm fondue pot.

Serve with fresh fruits - try banana chunks, Granny Smith apples slices, strawberries, and dried fruits like apricots and pears.
